February 12 2013 – Poetry Hickory – Open Mic Reading
March 7th, 2013, Queertopia at the Moonshine Room @ Club Cafe (AWP off-site reading), Boston, Massachusetts (5:00 – 6 PM). Reading along with others from Sibling Rivalry and Seven Kitchens Press
March 8th, 2013 – 3-4:15pm Moderating a panel at the AWP Conference in Boston. Will also be at various signings, readings etc. Panel is: Strange in a Strange Land? The Poet in the Composition Classroom.
April 8th, 2013 – 11am – 1pm – Discussing poetry with two creative writing classes at RCCC. One lesson on “How to Read a Poem” for Creative Writing 1 and the other lesson on “Writing Modern Forms: The Bop” for Creative Writing 2.
April 12 2013 – Emerging Literary Leaders Conference – UNC-Greensboro
April 18 2013 – Introducing Poem in Your Pocket Day – Spring Conference UNC- Charlotte Writing Project
May 26 2013 - McIntyre Books NCPS reading – 2pm (with others)
