What an outstanding list, Jessie. Just makes me smile. And such a diverse group of places too. Thanks for sharing your lists with us! Inspiration!
Almost all are online journals which is an interesting move
now to plan the 2012 submit list!
Awesome, Jessie!
A great thing about the onlines: you can make an index like that.
Tilt at some big windmills in 2012.
Hey, there’s some biggies in there too…OK, keep on keepin on!
Thanks, Jim! I want to find a better way to go about reading online journals because they seem to be the ones where I publish more of my work. I’m working on setting up my kindle fire to do Google Reader but clunky so far. Gonna try another program tonight
Ah, yes.
Some of the journals have convoluted or heavy software.
If they were all nicely decorated blogs with another
site to index into them, that would be a dream..
I think the blogosphere laureate title is gone now.
You’re a shoe-in, though. There’s ‘great poet’, but the
main job of a laureate is promotion. And there you are!
Hardly any poets doing blogs hit the web journals
that much, and you’ve got print crossover.
you are too kind
I remember when the blog poet laureate title was going around. I think I was nominated this year, but I assume I didn’t get it! I’m working on my 2012 list right now and I’m trying to add print journals, but I find I’m reading fewer and fewer. The ones I seem to like best publish online and then some kind of print supplement. I want to do that with Referential, but I just haven’t had the time yet or really the desktop publishing skills
How interesting a online blog poet laureate…you would be the one who will hold that title someday
The new photo at the top reminds me of our on going battle with pants too long or not long enough
Happy New Year you guys….my resolution is to get back to writing, I feel off kilter without it!
My journey towards the perfect pair of pants is ongoing
Funny, I took that picture like a year ago and I’m pretty sure I was wearing jammy pants . . . TMI? Back to the writing for me as well
